This is the complete product ladder in the current specification. A roadmap is not a delivery promise: every item below says whether it is live, merely planned, blocked on evidence or customer volume, under research, or deferred.
Phase rule: later work may be prebuilt, but no phase is finished until every earlier phase is live and verified. “Built, off” describes task inventory, not shipment or phase completion.
MCP truth: the read-only server and OAuth seams are built behind default-off flags. They are not a live customer promise until the exact production revision passes real Claude, ChatGPT, tenant-isolation, revocation, and bearer-safe monitoring proof.
